To join a support session from the Fast Support Web site 1. Open an Internet browser and go to www.fastsupport.com.
2. Type your name and enter the unique 9-digit Support Key provided by me. 3. Click OK. 4. Depending on your browser, click Yes, Run, Allow or Trust to accept the download. 5. Click Yes to approve the session.
